A limited one-year warranty is included with this item. The warranty covers defects in normal use under the conditions for which the item was intended. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from commercial or industrial use, improper use, care or assembly, unauthorized repair, alteration, or negligence. Under this warranty, Berkline Family Dininng will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective parts at no cost except transportation, handling and shipping.
