Buying a home theater system involves many separate components, the challenge is to find a rack system that is both accessible to hook up wires and attractive. Look no further we have found that system. The Avstand swivels 180 degrees so you can tweek the system easily.
The system shown at left comes with black side panels for other side panels see bottom of page.
No enclosures or cabinets to build, what could be easier?
Although the tops and bases are available in Black Texture Lacquer only, the side panels are available in Black, Cherry, Maple, and Red Mahogany. The wood grain finishes are shown below, click on photo for larger views. We will even supply them unfinished if you want your "local" cabinetmaker to custom match your decor.
The sides and top are easily removed to allow easy access to adjust shelves and rotate your unit.
All Avständs feature a 280lbs component weight rating and sizes range from 36 inches to 60 inches tall.
Shelf counts include a non adjustable bottom shelf.

Order below, you should choose the rack that you want under the side panel style you would like. All racks are displayed under the side panel style with added cost information.
The kit comes complete with 20' of 1 1/4" conduit for thicker cables, 10' of 3/4" conduit for thin cables, 3 velcro conduit straps and 20 “ladder” style wire ties. The conduit strap holds the conduit firmly to the rack to avoid any “pulling” on costly cabling when rotating.

Avrak CD DVD Drawer
The CD DVD configuration holds 96 CDs or 40 DVDs, or a combination of 32 CDs and 20 DVDs. A plastic divider system is used in the CD/DVD drawer and can be changed from CD to DVD to CD/DVD configuration or removed at any time.
Note: Please subtract 7 inches of the MCC for each drawer ordered.

18" deep shelf upgrade for Avrak or Avtrak
The deep shelf option increases the depth of shelves from 16" to 18" with the extra 2" projecting out the back. Measuring the Deep Shelf diagonally, you will see that this option will require a larger finished enclosure.

Turn Table Shelf
The Avrak turn table pull-out shelf is 18" W x 16" D x 2 ½" H. The shelf pulls out 15 inches on metal slides and will support 60 lbs. Compatible with Avrak, Avtrak, and Fatrak products.
