I have a professional butter dispenser for my theatre. Super Kist Two is a great cost effective alternative to Real Butter although I highly recommend spending the extra dollars to get Real Butter also available at HT!!!

And here it is, the final item needed to drive my guests over the deep end (as far as the popcorn goes anyhow). Great flavor and "mouth feel". Unlike real butter it doesn't make the popcorn soggy. It does need to be heated to remove the cloudy look at room temperature.

Pros:

Great taste. Good color. Easy to portion as it's liquid at room temp.

Cons:

Guests are eating it too fast.
