The Cabinet is constructed entirely of heavy-gauge, sanitary stainless steel, polished to perfection, complete with a magnetic door that securely holds the iceblock and inner workings in place. Stainless steel blades on a Tri-Cutter head quickly and efficiently shave the ice, delivering it to the sanitary ice holding chamber. All the while the process is totally controlled by the operator using the Snow Control panel.
