System Includes (1) IWTS-155LCR-S In-Wall THX LCR Speaker and (1) GFR-155 Grille/Frame Assembly.

The IWTS-155 LCR is a THX-certified, premium-performance in-wall speaker that addresses the need for no-compromise performance with the flexibility to mount either vertically or horizontally in standard 16"-on-center 2 x 4" stud-framed walls, without any wall modifications needed. It is therefore a perfect solution for retrofit applications. Its small overall 'footprint' makes it particularly inconspicuous when installed. The IWTS-155 LCR also makes an ideal center speaker when used with Atlantic's THX-certified IWCB-727 and the IWTS-30 LCR.

The 155's MDF baffle continues Atlantic's use of non-resonant baffle material for in-wall speakers, resulting in far better acoustic performance than speakers that use 'ringy' plastic or resonance-prone aluminum baffles or enclosures.

As with the In-Wall Closed Box series and the IWTS-30 LCR, the IWTS-155 LCR incorporates Atlantic's exclusive Low Resonance Tweeter (LRT™), delivering much wider midrange dispersion than conventional in-wall speakers, allowing a far greater degree of placement flexibility, thus ensuring that all the listeners in the room hear the program with clarity and detail.

Baffle-mounted High Frequency and Boundary Compensation switches allow the speaker's sound to be optimized for specific room acoustic and placement considerations. An optional New Construction bracket and an optional Back Box are available.
