Wood covered in black laminate. Chairs are supplied for mounting directly to the floor or riser. A floor plate should be ordered if not for permanent installation.
Width Formula for rows: First chair with cupholders measures 27 inches and additional chair in the row you would add 23 inches per chair. A row of three would equal 73 inches.
Warranty: There is a manufacturers warranty and serviceable in the home if there is manufacturer defect found in leather or fabric within 1 year.
Return Policy: 30 days this is subject to 25% restock fee and your cost to ship the chairs back.
Assembly: Chairs come modular and this takes moderate assembly to put into rows.
