Shipping Cost Calculation and Sales Taxes

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, location, and number of shipments in the order. You will need to go to check out which will tally the shipping cost on the order and you will be given the chance to view the charges before you place the order.

We are required to collect sales tax in Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington. These orders are subject to an applicable sales tax if we ship to those States. The shopping cart can be used to check applicable tax in these States. You may required to remit the sales tax in your state independently.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing your order without a cancellation fee. Any order canceled after the 30 minute period is subject to a 25% cancellation fee times the value the items canceled. No order can be canceled after it enters shipping process. Orders are processed in our system within 30 minutes of ordering. This policy covers phone, fax, web and mail in orders. has the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Back orders can be canceled without penalty unless they have shipped.

Special ordered items that are identified with Special Order logo like home theater seating, home entertainment centers, home theater lighting, carpeting, and personalized items can not be canceled for any reason.

Estimated Shipping Time Frames:

We have set up a timetable for shipping. We will be using business days as a time frame. A business day is any day not a weekend or holiday. For example, if you order a product Friday night at 6pm after business hours and the product ships in two business days, your shipping date at latest will be the following Tuesday. We ship most products by UPS ground and FedEx ground.

In rare occurrences, some products will be back ordered or special ordered. We will notify if there is a back order on the product by e-mail. For most orders we provide a tracking number which can be used to track the progress of your shipment by clicking on the link in the order status e-mail. Safe Delivery:

We guarantee that any purchases made at will arrive in new condition, please open and inspect merchandise immediately while shipping company driver is present and before you sign for the package(s). All items are priced and shipped carrying full insurance. This insurance covers your purchase only if you note damage on the carrier waybill. Audio/Video Electronics Returns: This includes DVD players, Projectors, Remotes, Speakers, Receivers, and other electronic products. E-mail your Request for an RA# to Requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of product. All defective returns are for an exchange only. For non defective returns, products must be factory sealed, unopened. We will not issue a RA# for opened electronic merchandise for non defective products. For defective returns, we will issue an RA# upon your explanation of defect. Refunds for non defective items that are unopened will be given after receipt at our warehouse and verification that the product is factory sealed. Refunds or exchanges for defective returns will be given after defect is verified by our technicians on staff. Some unopened non defective returns on items including remotes, TVs, video processors and projectors and other electronics are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. We highly recommend that you educate yourself on the features and benefits of electronics products before purchasing. Most electronics product carry at least a 1 year factory warranty on labor and parts. This will cover most defects after the 15 day period.

Accessories: If you are ever unhappy with a purchase made at, simply email us at to request a return authorization number within 30 days of receiving your purchase (not including audio/video electronics). A credit will not be issued in the event that items are returned without authorization. An authorization will only be given if items are resalable in new condition. Accessory items have a restock fee of 25% including tv and speaker, av mounts, projector mounts, popcorn machines, tv mounts, projection screens and other items. If accessory products are installed or assembled in anyway then we can not take the item back to our warehouses. All Home Theater Seating are not returnable or cancelable for any reason. Any customized item or item that is designated as Special Order is not returnable for any reason. In the case of refused shipments, will automatically assess a 25% restock fee and shipping fees unless requests that you refuse the shipment. If free shipping was offered you will pay our cost on shipping the product to you and back to our warehouse. You would be charged round trip shipping. Any return you will be responsible for shipping costs.

Open Box Items or Refurbished Items: All sales final, no returns on these items, no exceptions.

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or FedEx insured for return shipment. Please insure the order for the full amount of your purchase. Please check with us on the proper address to return merchandise, do not return merchandise to address above, as this is not the manufacturing facility or warehouse. You must furnish a tracking number for a proof of shipment for all returns.

Custom items or personalized items are not returnable for any reason.

Home theater seating and home theater carpeting is not returnable for any reason. We do offer a warranty on theater seating and carpet that varies by manufacturer. We an assist in helping you facilitate the warranty claim.

Popcorn machines are returnable if the machine is unopened and in new condition. Popcorn machines that have been used or assembled will not be accepted for a return, any unused popcorn machines will be accepted within 30 days however you will only be refunded the value less 25% restock fee.

International Orders, must returned to the United States for any refund applicable.
