This change affects some open Palliser orders. Palliser has informed dealers that open orders are being reviewed and placed into different categories. Some orders will move forward under MotoMotion production in Asia. Some orders cannot be completed through the prior Palliser production system and must be cancelled and re-entered. Some orders cannot be produced at all because the cover, leather, fabric, or frame has been discontinued.
Palliser has also advised that the dealer portal may not accurately reflect the current order status. The estimated lead time for transitioned orders is currently November delivery to the dealer warehouse.
If Your Palliser Order Was Cancelled
If your Palliser order was cancelled, the next step is to work directly with the dealer who sold you the furniture. That dealer should confirm whether your order can be re-entered with MotoMotion production, whether another Palliser cover is available, or whether another Palliser SKU can be substituted.
If your order was placed through another Palliser dealer, HTmarket.com cannot access that dealer’s order details. You will need to contact the original selling dealer for the official order status.
