HT market was initially out of product as it was on back order but respond very promptly to my email andet me know what was going on. They stayed true to thier word and shipped it out quickly as soon as it was available. I didn't have to wait long. As for the buttkicker itself I've had to do a lot of tuning of my surround sound system to get a decent response from it using the "sub out" on my reciever. I mainly got it for a Christmas project racing sim im working on for my son. It seemed to respond better to games like FarCry4 and COD MW than to the racing games like Forza 5 or Horizon 2. With those there was zero response. When I finally played with the subwoofer settings on my reciever (turned up sub level and set all speakers to "small" I got a decent response with the racing games. However I quickly learned about amp "clipping" accurs when amp cant keep up with device. On the settings and volume that make the buttkicker gamer 2 really come alive the amp that comes with it cant keep up and the red clipping led starts to blink constantly. Im far from an audio expert so maybe im missing something. Great product and fun when it really starts shaking you but poor amp choice. The buttkicker company probably wanted to keeps costs down cause an entry level shaker with a stout amp included would be too expensive.

This is an excellent product at a reasonable price. When I decided to purchase the Buttkicker, I researched what I was looking for and found that this is a unique product in a price range that should be affordable for most gamers.

I am just a notch below hardcore in the racing sims. I bought this mainly for the upcoming release of GT5. I hooked it up under my Obutto racing seat. I now have a complete package thanks to the guys at HTmarket.

Everything arrived in quickly. The boxing was spot on with no damage. Unpacking was a breeze. All necessary wiring was provided for any possible setup. The instructions for assembly were straightforward and simple to follow.

Once everything was assembled, I put the power to it and away it went. I have never felt so immersed until now. This brings a whole new wonderful dimension to anything it's hooked up to.

Quality is top notch and apparently heavy duty. It's very obvious from looking and holding the components. All told, I am glad I bought it and wish I had pulled the trigger sooner. I can't imagine playing without it anymore.
