Buy the HT Design Extended Warranty and protect up to 8 theater seats purchased in a single order. This warranty begins one year after you receive your HT Design Theater Seating, immediately following the expiration of the manufacturer's one-year warranty.

HT Design home theater seating is a premium furniture line built to last. Our extended warranty is designed to give you peace of mind and protect your investment. Unlike many third-party protection plans, the HT Design Extended Warranty is backed directly by HT Design. With five additional years of coverage, you receive a total of six years of protection from the date of delivery, one year more than many standard five-year protection plans.

• Covers the replacement of any motor in the seat, including recline, headrest, and lumbar.
• Covers the replacement of cupholders and control panels associated with power functions, including failures of control buttons.
• Covers unusual wear and tear that is not caused by customer misuse. Examples include sagging seat springs, unevenly wearing back support, or seam slippage on the cushion or back.
• Covers leather upholstery defects, such as leather dye problems or unusual fading. This does not cover stains or wear caused by customer use.
• Covers furniture recline mechanisms. HT Design uses Leggett & Platt recline mechanisms designed for years of reliable operation. If a mechanism fails due to a covered defect, we will replace the seat and mechanism. This does not cover misuse, such as getting in and out of a chair without returning it to the upright position.
• Covers storage compartments and their corresponding hinges.
• Covers feet on the furniture and metal base rails.
• Covers LED base lights.
• Covers power transformers on each chair.
• Covers kiln-dried hardwood frames.

Residential Use Only – Commercial Use Exclusion: HT Design home theater seating is designed and intended for residential, non-commercial use only. Use in commercial, institutional, or other non-residential environments, including but not limited to commercial theaters, apartment buildings, hotels, lounges, and entertainment venues, may void the HT Design Extended Warranty. HT Design reserves the right to deny warranty coverage for damage, defects, or premature wear resulting from commercial or non-residential use.

Parts-Only Warranty: This extended warranty covers replacement parts only and does not include labor. We provide instructional guides and videos for many repairs and part replacements. Most procedures require only a screwdriver to complete.

Warranty Period: Coverage begins immediately after the manufacturer's one-year warranty expires and continues through the sixth anniversary of the original delivery date. This provides five additional years of coverage for a total of six years from delivery.

Making a Warranty Claim: The HT Design warranty is customer-friendly, and we won't deny reasonable claims that meet the warranty terms. To submit a claim, simply email us with your delivery date, order number or last name, and any photos or videos showing the issue. We will follow up within five business days. Additional information or troubleshooting steps may be requested to help us resolve your claim.

Eligibility: This extended warranty covers up to 8 HT Design theater seats purchased in a single order and is available exclusively for HT Design home theater seating. It is not available for other furniture brands or product lines.
