The HT Design four-piece 8-inch home theater riser makes it easy and affordable to elevate your seating for a true home theater experience. Built to last and designed specifically for home theater seating, the four-piece platform creates a 96-inch-wide riser with 8 inches of elevation for improved viewing from a second row.
HT Design riser sections are built from solid hardwood and are available in a selection of wood species and finishes. The visible sides and trim are fully finished, while the top surface remains unfinished and ready for carpeting.
Each riser section is 24 inches wide and ships fully assembled. The four sections are joined together on site using metal connecting brackets mounted underneath the riser overhang. The brackets securely connect adjoining sections while keeping the hardware concealed from normal view.
Beneath the finished trim is a recessed channel designed to accommodate an optional LED lighting strip. Additional 24-inch-wide center sections can be added when a wider platform is required.
The four-piece riser can typically accommodate three standard home theater seats, depending on the width and configuration of your seating. Please consult the dimensions of your specific theater seats to confirm proper sizing. Product photos may show other riser widths or seating configurations for illustration purposes.
Room Planning: Allow approximately 1 inch of edge overhang on each side when determining the total space required in your room. The overhang also provides space underneath the finished edge for optional LED lighting.

The HT Design riser is available in a selection of Maple, Oak, Cherry, Red Oak and White Oak finishes. Choose from lighter natural wood tones, traditional medium-brown finishes or darker Espresso, Tobacco, Charcoal and Black options.
