HT Design Upholstered Home Theater Door Panel
Give an existing interior door a finished home theater look without removing or modifying the existing door hardware. The Basic Door Panel features tufted vinyl over foam and a lightweight wood backing, creating a dramatic theater entrance with a simpler installation.
The panel mounts over most flat or six-panel interior doors while leaving the existing knob, lever, hinges and other door hardware accessible. Choose your door size and vinyl color, or contact us for assistance with a custom size or unusual installation.

Panel Construction

Standard Door and Panel Sizes
Measure the actual door slab, not the frame, trim or rough opening. On a standard door, the Basic Door Panel leaves approximately 4 inches of the door visible at the top and on each side, with approximately 8-1/2 inches visible at the bottom.
The exposed area of the door can be painted to coordinate with the panel and the surrounding room. Custom panel sizes are also available.

Simple Installation
Six mounting brackets attach to the existing door using the supplied positioning template. Once the brackets are secured, the upholstered panel hangs directly on the brackets.

The Basic Door Panel is sized and positioned so the existing knob, lever or other door hardware remains accessible around the panel.
Vinyl Color Options
Choose a vinyl color that coordinates with your theater seating, walls and decor. Actual colors may vary by monitor, so physical samples are recommended when an exact color match is important.
